Ingredients:
- pear jam with truffles
- dark chocolate with trufflesÂ
- 2 eggs
- 100 g butter
- 60 g sugar
- 90 g flourÂ
Preparation:
- Melt chocolate and butter together over steam.
- Add whipped eggs, mix in truffle and pear jam.
- Slowly add flour to the mixture and combine.
