Chocolate souffle with truffle jam

Discover a simple recipe for this delicious dessert that will win you over at the first bite!



  1. Melt chocolate and butter together over steam.
  2. Add whipped eggs, mix in truffle and pear jam.
  3. Slowly add flour to the mixture and combine.
  4. Butter and flour the moulds.
  5. Pour in the mixture and bake in the oven at 200 C° for 8 minutes.
