- 2 frozen bananas
- 200 ml of milk
- mint leaves
- lemon & ginger creamed honey
- creamed honey with strawberries
- Frozen bananas take from the freezer a few minutes before and let them rest at the room temperature.
- Blend together bananas and milk.
- Separate in 2 parts.
- In ½ mix 3 spoons of creamed honey with strawberry, in the other half 2 spoons of creamed honey with lemon and ginger.
- Serve your ice-cream with pieces of fresh fruit and mint leaves.
