Olive oil is healthy fatty juice of high nutritional value. It consists of mainly healthy monounsaturated fats.

Olive oil is the only fat that contains high levels of antioxidants known as polyphenols. This makes extra virgin olive oil without question the healthiest of all fats.

Dietary fats are essential to life not only as an energy source but also because they improve the absorption of nutrients, improve cell growth, they have positive effects on the retina, nervous system and the creations of lipoproteins and important hormones.
