Istrian Fuzi with tartufata

All you need for a perfect truffle dinner! Even complete beginners will amaze their guests following this delicious truffle pasta recipe! 

Serves: 4 people



  1. Heat the butter in a frying pan on low heat.
  2. Add cream, season with salt and pepper and cook for a little while.
  3. Cook Istrian fuzi "al dente", drain them and then pour the sauce on top.
  4. Add Tartufata and a few drops of white truffle olive oil.
  5. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
