Tagliatelle with white truffle butter and black truffles

Serves: 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 320 g tagliatelle
  • 80 g butter with white truffle
  • 90 g chopped black truffle

Method:

  1. Cook tagliatelle in salty water and strain. 
  2. Mix in the butter with white truffle, add sliced black truffles. 
  3. Serve warm.
