Orange salad is something you will find on the Christmas menu of many Italian families. Unusual and tasty when combined with good olive oil!
- 2 big oranges
- wild mint
- organic extra-virgin olive oil Viola “Costa del Riparo”
- salt and pepper
- Wash and peel oranges.
- Cut them in and remove the middle.
- Keep any excess juice.
- Mix the olive oil, orange juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Wash the wild mint, remove the stalks and mix with the peeled oranges. Dress with the olive oil mixture and serve.
