Honey glazed salmon

A dish that you will make again and again.

Super delicious! The sauce is absolutely amazing and it will make you feel like you are in a fancy restaurant. 

Serves: 2 people


Marinade ingredients:

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp ginger, minced
  • ½ tsp red pepper
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ⅓ cup (75 ml) less-sodium soy sauce 
  • ⅓ cup (115 g) honey


  1. Prepare a medium bowl or sealable bag for salmon. 
  2. In a small bowl mix marinade ingredients.
  3. Pour half of the marinade on the salmon. Save the other half for later.
  4. Marinate salmon in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Longer the better. 
  5. In a medium pan, heat oil.
  6. Add salmon to the pan, and discard the used marinade.
  7. Cook salmon on one side for about 2-3 min, then flip over and cook for an additional 1-2 min.
  8. Remove salmon from the pan.
  9. Pour in remaining marinade and reduce.
  10. Serve the salmon with sauce and a side of veggies. We love broccoli or dauphinoise potatoes.
