Ingredients:
- 130 g Grana Padano cheese
- 130 g cow or sheep cheese
- 130 g hard cheese with truffles
- 80 g of nuts
- pear jam with truffles
- white truffle honey
Cut cheese in slices and cubes. Add nuts on top. Cover in pear jam and honey with black truffle.
