Terrebianche olives are grown on the famous Istrian white clay, 200 meters above the Adriatic Sea. Olives are harvested by hand when they are 1/3 to 2/3 ripe, then pressed the same day to get healthy, fresh and balanced organic olive oil with bitter and spicy aromas.
