Traditional dry almond biscotti with Maraschino aroma.

Our little bakeshop presents a small selection of cookies that are so deeply rooted in tradition that their recipes almost vanished through time.

Cantuccini are hard and crunchy twice-baked biscuits. In Croatia, they are also called pandoleti, but the original name and the recipe derives from cantuccini in Italy meaning a Latin word 'canto' of a slice of bread that the Roman soldiers consumed as part of their meal.
