The Viola family has lived in the same land in Puglia and has been producing olive oil for generations. Still, even after more than 150 years, Marco Viola, a young entrepreneur, carries on the family tradition. Marco is a fantastic olive oil maker who loves his land and lives passionately, entirely dedicated to his work. All their olive oils are of extraordinary quality. Each bottle has its own story to tell. 

Food pairing: Moraiolo is intensely fruity olive oil that will enhance your vegetable salads, bean soups, pork tenderloin and game meats. It goes well with well-aged cheeses and is ideal when drizzled on orange and mandarin sorbets.
