Fleur de sel, or flower of salt, is known as the caviar among salt due to its superb quality and specific gourmet flavour - organic, picked by human hands, 100% natural and biodynamic.

Fleur de sel appears on the sea surface as a thin layer of salt leaves similar to flower petals. When weather conditions are perfect, workers gently hand collect fleur de sel using a special micron sieve.
