Method of preparation/application:

• Mix 1 teaspoon (3 g) of powder in 150 ml of cold water or juice.
• Children 1 to 6 years of age: 1/2 teaspoon (1.5 g) once daily before meals.
• Children 6 years of age and adults: 1 teaspoon (3g) 1-2 times daily on an empty stomach, 20 min before meals.
