Traditional pasta from Istria made with durum wheat and eggs,  one of the tastiest pasta you will try.

Made using traditional techniques without extrusion, and dried at low temperatures for a unique texture that is better at absorbing sauces. Fuzi gets its signature shape by folding, pinching, and sticking together two ends of a diamond-shaped pasta sheet.
