Jack Webster, Prestat Chocolatier, was inspired by his childhood memories to create this recipe. In England, the custard and rhubarb tart is a typical homemade dessert, and everyone has their recipe. In his family, they would add apples and freshly grated ginger! Jack reworked these aromas to create this chocolate truffle thanks to Edinburgh Gin flavoured with rhubarb and ginger, incredibly balanced and perfect for pairing with milk chocolate.
