Hand-cooked chips are the best quality chips you can get. They are also known as kettle-style chips.
Hand-cooked chips are made using advanced technology that creates quality chips with aroma and texture less oily than traditional chips. The hand cooked chips are fried at 120°C, while regular chips are fried at 170°C.
Chips are made with the best quality potatoes cut in much thicker slices than conventional chips. As it absorbs less oil, the potato's flavour pervades which is why the hand cooked chips are by far more delicious, and the chip's crunchiness increased.
